Diana Paschal is a Yoga and Meditation teacher, wellness influencer and conscious lifestyle coach. She leads a yoga practice to develop self-awareness and self-mastery, thereby enhancing peace, connection, kindness, and freedom in our lives. Her classes are accessible and emphasize anatomical alignment, core strength and self exploration. She weaves in teachings from Zen Meditation, Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Katonah yoga, and is eternally grateful for her community and her teachers.
She is the founder of AwakenAwe, a lifestyle brand bringing conscious, health living guidelines to communities far and wide. She has over 300 hours of training registered through Yoga Alliance, most recently completing a 100 HR mentorship at YogaVida, and is currently studying towards receiving her 300 hr advanced training through YogaShanti. Diana teaches private sessions, group classes and global retreats and also supports social impact initiatives.
