How does Adhara work?
Meaning 'support' in Sanskrit, Adhara unites products and services from wellness leaders throughout all disciplines of the spiritual and wellness industry in one beautiful and easily accessible destination to give you the support you need when you need it, no matter where you find yourself on your journey. Our offerings are within five main categories including Body + Home, Health + Nutrition, Meditation + Prayer, Movement + Energy, Lifestyle + Career.

Are taxes and gratuity included in the purchase price?
In order to comply with local business laws, tax will be applied on some offerings. In these instances, you will be notified as you checkout.
What happens after I make a purchase?
You will receive a confirmation email from Adhara within 24 hours of your purchase.
Where can I find and keep track of my orders?
You can find a complete list of your orders in your Account section under Order History.
When do you charge my credit card?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of your purchase.
FULFILLMENT & REFUNDS
How do I redeem a service?
Fulfillment details vary from vendor to vendor, but delivery and refund instructions will appear on every offer page in the "Delivery & Refunds" section.
Do I have to use a service on a specific date? Can I change dates?
For most of our service offering, you can schedule the date you use your purchase with the Vendor Partner after you make your purchase. In certain cases, such as events and time-sensitive workshops or courses, your purchased service has to be used on a certain date. This will be communicated in the offering description.
I never received or lost my confirmation email. What do I do?
Don't worry! You can find a complete list of your orders in your Account section under Order History.
I missed the expiration date for my service. What do I do?
Services purchased through Adhara are final sale and non-refundable. If the Vendor Partner you purchased from has a different policy, you can reach out to them directly to see if they can extend your service or give you a credit towards a different offering.
What if the Vendor Partner doesn't know what I am talking about?
We work hard to ensure that this doesn't happen, and always want your feedback. Please contact Adhara Customer Support by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or submit a Help Desk ticket on your Account page, and we will help wherever possible.
