Sarah Anne Stewarts is the Founder of the Holistically Slim Movement, which has one primary focus - to help you establish deep, unwavering self-love. It acknowledges that true health is more than a number on a scale, it is all encompassing - mind, body and spirit.
Sarah Anne provides a community where you can regroup and find more willpower than ever to live a healthy and happy life - free from the dieting world. A place where you can find the inner strength and courage to no longer allow fad diets, diet pills and disordered eating to control your emotional well-being. She will help you embrace the idea that food should never be used to punish yourself but always to heal and nourish.
She became a Certified Ann Wigmore Detox & Rebuild Practitioner from the Creative Health Institute and learned how to balance metabolism, detoxify cells, strengthen the body, and rebuild one’s immune system while eating raw. Using this program, her father was miraculously able to cure himself of cancer. This ignited her desire to spread the knowledge of holistic healing.
She enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City to become a Certified Health Coach, studying over 100 dietary theories, holistic nutrition, preventative health, lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.
Sarah also received a certification in Plant Based Nutrition by studying with Dr. T. Colin Campbell at Cornell University. Further, she received a certificate for Holistic Health Coaching from Purchase College, State University of New York and has also completed the Gerson’s Basics Workshop, San Diego, CA.
Sarah is also health expert, consultant and ambassador for dozens of wellness and writes for numerous online publications. Throughout her career, she has led several wellness events, workshops and retreats around the globe. She continues to study mind-body balance, yoga and is also a certified Reiki Master. She also continues to travel, attend courses on holistic healing topics, and take classes that support her love of cooking as a raw food chef.
