Private yoga helps lower anxiety and chronic pain, stabilizes joints, detoxifies the body and increases energy, focus, body awareness and flexibility. Yoga practices shift you into the parasympathetic nervous system, putting the body in a state of peace and healing itself.
In this private solo session, Diana will devote all of her energy on you. Before your meeting, you will discuss special requests, goals, needs and review your background and current practices. Based on this assessment, the session will be tailored to you and could incorporate core-work, therapeutic, Yin or restorative yoga postures with soothing hands-on adjustments, essential oils, meditation, breath work or more dynamic asana postures. Whether you're a total beginner or are looking to sharpen your existing practice, you will be in good hands.
Classes can be held in a studio, home, office or Skype.
